Nick Onofrio is retiring from Southwest Steel Casting Company on September 1, 2005. He has been president of the company since its purchase from Texas Steel in December 1989.

Nick has been in the foundry industry for 48 years, in various capacities, hiring onto Texas Electric Steel Casting Company (TESCO) upon his graduation from Texas A&M and release from the US Army.
