Mr. Brian Bass (right) and Dr. Clifford Smith (left) present the Texas Chapter Memorial Award to Dr. Robert Habingreither (center) for his contributions to the AFS Texas Chapter during our recent meeting in San Marcos.

Dr. Habingreither is the FEF Key Professor at Texas State University and has been with TSU for thirty years. In addition to teaching the foundry class, he has hosted numerous CMI and Texas Troubleshooter classes. Dr. Bob has written many grants that included a new state of the art foundry lab and has been instrumental in bringing engineering to TSU.
