AFS Texas Chapter "Harley Scoggins Memorial Award"

In Honor of Harley Scoggin's dedication to the Foundry Industry and tireless devoted time spent supporting the AFS Texas Chapter, the Texas Chapter AFS Board has proudly decided to call the Memorial Award, the "Harley Scoggins Memorial Award". This award will be presented to all future Memorial Award recipients.
