Submitting Material for the AFS Texas Chapter Web Site
All
material published on this web site must be approved by
the Chairman or Vice-Chairman of the Texas AFS Chapter.

Membership news
articles should be submitted in one (1) email in the following
format:

news story to be posted on the article. |

words. |

The story
should be 1 to 4 paragraphs and be accompanied by
at least one one picture and/or company logo. If
one is not provided, the Texas AFS Chapter logo
will be used. There is no need to format the text
in a word processor as all existing formatting must
be replaced to match the web site. |

Pictures: |
|
Pictures
and logos should be sent in a JPG format and attached
to the email (do not imbedded pictures in a Word
document). The pictures will be resized and formatted
to match the web site. |

Captions: |
|
Each picture
must have a caption which describes it. |

Obituaries should be submitted in one (1) email in the following
